Stunning shot silk dress by the highly collectable British Designer Simon Ellis. Sexy slit up one side. The bust area is fabulous. Darted in such a way that it will enhance any assets you have got. No need to worry about the horizontal stripes, if you are small enough to fit into this dress, then you have nothing to be anxious about! Beautiful dress with exquisite detail. Three thin satin band around the clinched waist, finished with tiny bows. Pale pink under netting high lights the lace skirt. Can be worn with full petticoat to maximise fullness of the skirt. This is a very small dress, far to small for my mannequin, so there are no shots of the back. Measurements: Bust up to 33, Waist up to 24", Hips free. About a size 6. Flaws: This dress was really poorly when we first got hold of it but it is so pretty that we just had to restore it. Several holes in the over skirt have been invisibly repaired, impossible to see unless you turn the dress inside out. Several rips in the under netting, sown up and can be seen if turned inside out. bespoke dress was clearly made for an exceptionally petite woman. It is absolutely exquisite. Boned bodice, fully lined throughout and made of a dreamy cream satin. The bust
has a lacy brocade detail and the cut is designed to maximise curves. If that was not enough, it also comes with a matching wrap.
Measurements: Bust up to 34, Waist up to 24", Hips up to 34. About a size 4. Flaws: The wrap has a pull in the satin that is barely worth mentioning. Label: None |
